Assistant Professor of Korean Language, Literature, and Culture

Bard College invites applications for the full-time, tenure-track position of Assistant Professor of Korean language, literature, and culture.  

The candidate will teach courses in Korean language, literature, and culture.  The candidate will also be expected to participate in departmental activities and student advising.

A Ph.D. in Korean literature, language, media, or cultural studies, comparative literature, or a closely related field by the start of the appointment is required. 

The candidate is required to have native or near-native proficiency in Korean.

Salary Range:  $90,500 - $93,600
