The postdoctoral fellowship is open to scholars from any discipline with a research and teaching focus on Korea.<br /><br />The fellowship is the 12-month period between August 1, 2026 and July 31, 2027 and carries a minimum stipend of $67,000 as well as conference travel funds up to $2,000. The postdoctoral fellow will also receive a shared office space and access to libraries and other resources at Penn. <p>직장갑질119 온라인노조 한국어교원지부는 울산시교육청과 정책협의회를 거쳐 4월부터 한국어교원 표준 근로계약서를 체결하고 임금명세서를 지급하기로 했다고 6일 밝혔습니다. 이에따라 울산시교육청이 전국 최초로 '한국어교원'과 근로계약서 작성을 의무화하게 되었습니다.</p>
<p>​울산시교육청이 그동안 '가짜 프리랜서'로 계약해온 한국어교원들에게 표준 근로계약서를 작성하고 임금명세서를 지급하기로 했습니다. 이는 17개 시도 교육청 중 첫 사례입니다.</p>
<p>이번 조치는 한국어교원을 실질적인 '노동자'로 인정한 결과입니다. 계약서에는 학교장이 강사에게 반드시 계약서 사본을 교부해야 한다는 점이 명시되었습니다.</p>
<p>​학생 사정으로 수업을 못 하게 될 경우 강사에게 미리 통보하도록 하여, 출근한 강사를 그냥 돌려보내고 나중에 보강을 요구하던 부당한 관행을 막는 근거를 마련했습니다.</p>
<p>​하지만 교육청 사업인 '찾아가는 한국어교육'에는 적용되지만, 교육부 특별교부금 예산으로 운영되는 '한국어학급'은 아직 협의가 필요합니다.</p>
<p>한국어교원지부는 향후 과제로 1.학습 시간의 충분한 확보, 2. 전용 교실 마련, 3. 주 15시간 미만만 계약하도록 강제하는 교육부 지침 폐기를 꼽았습니다.</p>

<p>1.학력이 고졸이면 온라인수업 말고는 일자리가 거의 없는 수준인게 맞나요?</p>

<p>2.외국어를 최소한만 하면 된다는데 이건 거짓이겠죠?</p>
<p>영어는 할 수는 있는데 일상대화나 내가 익숙한 주제만 프리토킹 가능하지만</p>
<p>영어를 정말 유창하게 안더듬고 구사하는 수준에는 한참 못미치며</p>
<p>당연히 한국어문법이나 표현 설명을 영어로 막힘없이 잘 할 수 있는 수준은 아닙니다.</p>
<p>스크립트 외워서 설명하는 연습하면 어느정도 커버 되겠지만</p>
<p>학생이 이해가 안되서 영어로 물어보면 영어로 그 내용을 즉각 피드백 할 수 있겠냐라고 하면...</p>
<p>솔직히 자신 없고 여기서 크게 벽을 느꼈습니다.</p>
<p>이건 단기간에 해결될거 같지 않아서 좌절하게 된 거 같습니다.</p>

<p>자격증 따려고 양성과정에 돈 몇십만원 태우고 시험준비 하다가 얼핏 여러 정보들을 듣고나니 현타가 쎄게 오네요</p>
<p>온라인만 할거면 그냥 자격증없이 도전하면 되는데 뭐하러 돈태우고 시간태워서 자격증 준비하는건가 싶기도 하고</p>
<p>강사들 중 석박사들도 많고 여러개의 외국어 잘하는 사람들도 하도 많다보니</p>
