Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Korean Language Trainer. The primary responsibilities include planning and delivering engaging Korean language lessons, developing teaching materials, assessing learner progress, and adapting teaching approaches to meet the needs of diverse learners. The Korean Language Trainer will also create and implement educational strategies aligned with learners' goals while fostering an enriching and effective learning environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Language Teaching, with experience in teaching Korean as a foreign language
• Strong skills in Lesson Planning and designing effective learning experiences
• Expertise in Teaching and Education, with a proven track record of helping students achieve linguistic goals
• A solid background in Literature and Korean language culture to provide comprehensive learning contexts
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage and motivate learners
• Flexibility and adaptability to teach students across various proficiency levels
• Familiarity with digital tools and online teaching platforms is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Korean, Linguistics, Education, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., TOPIK or teaching qualifications) are advantageous
