Job Description:

NDIM invites applications from qualified and motivated candidates for the position of Korean Language Faculty. The selected candidate will be responsible for teaching, academic development, research contribution, industry engagement, and institutional responsibilities as per NDIM’s academic and performance expectations.

Required Experience: Minimum 5 years.

Salary: As per industry standards.

Responsibilities

Language

·      Teach Korean language courses to management students.

·      Develop curriculum and academic materials in line with institutional guidelines.

·      Establish academic collaborations and student exchange programs with Korean universities through MOUs.

Industry Engagement

·      Build partnerships with Korean companies to support internships and placements.

·      Organize workshops and seminars with corporate partners.

·      Represent and promote NDIM at Korean corporate events.

·      Conduct sessions on Korean workplace culture and business etiquette.

Cultural Activities

·      Organize Korean cultural events and experiential learning activities such as Korean cuisine and festival celebrations.

· Research & Incentives

·      Faculty members are eligible for research incentives as per the NDIM Research Policy.

Educational Qualification & Eligibility

·      Ph.D. in Korean Language, Korean Studies, Linguistics, Foreign Languages, or related field preferred

·      Native Korean speakers preferred.

·      Prior teaching or relevant industry experience preferred.

·      TOPIK Level 5 preferred
