Role Description

This is a freelance remote role for a Korean Trainer. As a Korean Trainer, you will design and deliver engaging, interactive online lessons to help learners achieve fluency in the Korean language. Responsibilities include creating lesson plans, assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and supporting learners in improving their communication skills. You will also utilize innovative teaching methods and tools to facilitate an effective learning experience for students at varying proficiency levels.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Korean language, with an emphasis on speaking, reading, and writing skills
• Experience in language instruction or teaching, with strong lesson planning and curriculum development skills
• Excellent communication skills in both Korean and English to effectively interact with learners
• Experience with digital learning tools and virtual teaching platforms
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Professional teaching certification or relevant qualification in Korean language education is a plus
• Cross-cultural communication skills and the ability to foster an inclusive and engaging learning environment
• Prior experience in online teaching or e-learning platforms is highly desirable
