This is a contract, online Korean Language Teacher role based in Singapore. The Korean Language Teacher will design and deliver engaging lessons for learners at various proficiency levels, ensuring clear learning objectives and measurable progress. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching individual and group classes, assessing student performance, and providing constructive feedback. The teacher will adapt materials to learner needs, incorporate communicative activities, and maintain accurate records of attendance and progress. The role also involves collaborating with the academic team to align with the academy’s teaching standards and participating in periodic training or curriculum reviews.

Qualifications

• Strong Korean Language Teaching, Teaching, and Education skills, with experience instructing learners at different levels.
• Proficiency in Lesson Planning, including designing structured curricula, creating learning materials, and setting clear objectives.
• Background or interest in Literature and Korean culture to enrich classroom content and discussions.
• Fluent or native-level proficiency in Korean and good command of English for instruction and communication in Singapore.
• Relevant teaching certification, language teaching qualification, or degree in Education, Korean Language, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Ability to manage classroom dynamics, support diverse learning styles, and provide inclusive, respectful instruction.
• Flexible schedule availability for evenings or weekends, and willingness to teach both group and one-on-one classes.
