Korea has two numbering systems: Korean numbers and Sino-Korean numbers.

Korean numbers are used for counting. Also when you use Korean nubmers for counting, they can be used in conjunction with 'counters'. 'counters' are words that we use to count different types of objects so 'counters' can be called 'classifiers' as well.
