Dean of the Faculty of Oriental Studies of the University of Warsaw announces a competition for the post of Lector of Korean Language in a group of teaching staff at the Eastern Languages School of the Faculty of Oriental Studies.

Skills/Qualifications
* Master’s degree in humanities in Korean studies, philology, linguistics or ethnolinguistics
* Very good knowledge of the Korean language and the culture and realities of contemporary Korea
* Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching Korean language at a university or language school
* Documented good attitude towards the student/listener
* Experience in conducting Korean language courses (including intensive courses)
* Experience in the language proficiency certification procedure at least at levels A2, B1
* Fluent knowledge of Polish and very good knowledge of English

Selection process
The competition is the first stage specified in the Statute of the University of Warsaw for the recruitment procedure as an academic teacher, and its positive resolution is the basis for further proceedings.
The documents will be accepted at the Dean’s Office of the Faculty of Oriental Studies at the University of Warsaw 09.00-16.00 except Saturdays and public holidays until May 29, 2024.
The competition will be resolved by June 20, 2024 r. Information about the results of the competition will be provided by e-mail.
